Key Responsibilities:

- Provide production and application support for Oracle Flexcube.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Flexcube-related issues.

- Support day-to-day banking operations and ensure system availability.

- Coordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution.

- Monitor application performance and participate in incident management.

- Ensure compliance with banking security standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, SOPs, and incident reports.

- Participate in on-call support, weekend maintenance activities, and production release support whenever required.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, and patch implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of application support experience.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Flexcube.

- Strong hands-on experience in Flexcube Corporate Core (FCC) or Flexcube Corporate Retail (FCR).

- Good understanding of banking operations and production support processes.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
