Job Title: Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCC) Production Support Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCC) Production Support Consultant to support business-as-usual (BAU) operations for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and expertise in troubleshooting production issues across core banking modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide production support and resolve Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCC) BAU issues.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.

- Interact with business users and client stakeholders to understand, track, and resolve issues.

- Support critical banking operations including:

1. End of Day (EOD)

2. End of Month (EOM)

3. End of Year (EOY)

- Assist in production deployments and provide post-deployment support.

- Support critical production activities such as:

1. Major production deployments

2. Disaster Recovery (DR) movements

3. DR drills

4. Other production-critical events

- Coordinate with client and internal support teams to ensure smooth production operations.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document issue resolutions.

- Monitor production systems and proactively identify potential issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCC).

- Experience working with the following Oracle FLEXCUBE modules:

1. Letter of Credit (LC)

2. Bills Collection (BC)

3. Consumer Lending (CL)

4. Enterprise Limits & Collateral Management (ELCM)

5. Funds Transfer (FT)

6. CASA

7. SFMS

8. SWIFT

- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.

- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.

- Experience supporting banking or financial services applications in a production environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

- Willingness to work from the client location in Mumbai on a full-time onsite basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation or post-production support.

- Knowledge of banking operations and core banking processes.

- Experience with incident management, release management, and change management processes.

- Familiarity with ITIL practices is an added advantage.
