Role Overview :

As a FIVE9 CLOUD ENGINEER, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our clients' Five9 cloud contact center solutions. You will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Five9 platforms, delivering tangible improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Five9 IVR flows, call routing strategies, and agent scripting solutions to meet specific client business needs.

- Develop and maintain custom integrations between Five9 and other enterprise systems using APIs and scripting languages.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Five9 platform performance, call quality, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization, proactively implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document best practices for Five9 configuration, maintenance, and security.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and client stakeholders, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Five9 features and functionalities, evaluating their potential impact on client solutions and recommending appropriate upgrades.

- Manage and maintain Five9 cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Five9 cloud contact center solutions.

- Proven ability to develop complex IVR flows, call routing strategies, and agent scripting solutions using Five9 IVR and scripting tools.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication technologies and contact center best practices.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for developing custom integrations and automation solutions.

- Experience with API integration and data exchange between Five9 and other enterprise systems.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
