Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 8+ years of experience to manage and deliver complex technical programs and exposure to Marketing Technology.

The role requires strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, solid process management skills, and the ability to drive efficient project execution through strong cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate should also bring 4+ years of experience in MarTech programs and exposure to product-based environments, with an understanding of product lifecycle and business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs and projects.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, Marketing and business teams to ensure successful execution.

- Drive project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Track program progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

- Implement and improve process management frameworks for better efficiency and governance.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

- Lead program execution for E-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer experience, business goals, and platform scalability.

- Work closely with product teams in a product-driven environment to support roadmap execution, feature prioritization, and release planning.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program / Project Management.

- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

- Expertise in process management and program governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong experience in Marketing Metrics, KPIs, CRM Synchnorization.

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

- 4+ years of experience managing MarTech programs.

- Experience working in product-based organizations with strong understanding of product lifecycle and delivery models.

Preferred :

- PMP / Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) / Agile certifications.

- Experience managing large-scale technology programs.

- Exposure to customer-facing digital products and platform modernization initiatives.
