Job Title : Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a young, highly motivated Business Analyst with a critical thinking mindset to join our testing team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing digital solutions that drive the strategic goals of the organization and our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a computer technology and Business Process expert for assigned functional applications and processes.

- Provide project release direction and support including research, analysis, requirements, functional requirements, test case development, staging, implementation validation, and defect resolution.

- Act as a liaison for project release and perform analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line.

- Compile and analyze detailed information to make project release, business requirement, or user story recommendations.

- Interface with technical resources to develop functional requirements and user acceptance criteria.

- Drive process analysis, opportunity assessment, stakeholder communication, workshops, and meetings.

- Analyze, develop requirements, and execute allocation, transformation processes, and other configurations.

- Conduct capability assessment, business process analysis, financial analysis, and feasibility analysis.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Understanding of ER and MSP Systems, MS Products, Smart Sheets, SQL.

- Mortgage Servicing Background: Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Collections/SPOC.

- Ability to perform Loan-Level, Deep Dive Reviews (Root Cause Analysis).

- Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures with heavy emphasis on Agile.

- Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues, and report on test results.

- Excellent communication skills with all levels of management.

- Ability to multi-task, pivot, and work independently or in teams.

Experience:

- Graduation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, Process Consulting, Testing, and Agile project delivery.

- Experience and understanding of US mortgage life cycle and servicing is preferred.
