As a Technical Program Manager (7 - 10 years of experience), you will own the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional technical programs. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to build scalable backend systems, robust logistics engines, and high-performance user applications. Key Responsibilities :

A) Program Execution & Delivery :

- End-to-End Ownership : Drive the execution of complex, multi-functional technical programs from inception to post-launch optimization.

- Timeline Management : Define program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics; ensure timely delivery without compromising engineering quality.

- Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, operational risks, and resource constraints. Develop swift mitigation strategies to keep tracks moving

B) Technical Leadership & Collaboration :

- Bridge Tech & Business : Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical milestones for engineering teams.

- Architecture & Design Engagement : Participate in technical design and architecture discussions to ensure engineering choices align with long-term business scale.

- Cross-Functional Alignment : Act as the central connective tissue between engineering squads, product managers, UI/UX, and ground operations.

C) Process Excellence :

- Agile Practices : Standardize and optimize agile project management methodologies across squads to increase engineering velocity.

- Data-Driven Decisions : Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure system performance, program health, and team productivity.

What We Are Looking For :

- 7 to 10 years of total experience in a Technical Program Management role within a product-based tech company or high-growth startup.

- Background in E-commerce, Hyperlocal delivery, Quick Commerce, Supply Chain Tech, or Fintech is a massive plus.

- Solid understanding of scalable system design, microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), APIs, and database management.

Familiarity with mobile app delivery lifecycles (iOS & Android) and high-throughput backend scaling.

- Proficiency with modern program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.).

- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders cleanly.

- Ownership : A self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and execute independently in a chaotic, fast-moving environment.

- Problem-Solving : Sharp analytical and trade-off negotiation skills.
