What You'll Do :

- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to wireframes, visual design, prototyping, testing, and developer handoff.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business, Operations, and Growth teams to identify opportunities and solve meaningful customer problems.

- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.

- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and polished micro-interactions.

- Prototype and iterate rapidly based on customer feedback, business goals, and data.

- Contribute to and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across the product.

- Work closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure a high-quality user experience.

- Support cross-functional initiatives beyond core product experiences, including growth experiments, landing pages, campaigns, and other customer touchpoints when needed.

- Continuously improve the product using customer insights, analytics, and experimentation.

What We're Looking For :

- 3 to 5 years of experience designing digital consumer products, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, problem-solving, and craft.

- Excellent understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability principles.

- Strong product thinking with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping, and Design Systems.

- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality user experiences.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Bonus Points :

- Experience designing for e-commerce, quick commerce, consumer internet, or fintech products.

- Motion design or prototyping experience using tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Rive.

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies and design implementation.
