Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Fircosoft Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our financial crime compliance infrastructure, overseeing the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Fircosoft solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, compliance officers, and global stakeholders to ensure our screening systems operate with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy Firco Continuity and Firco Trust solutions to ensure robust real-time sanctions screening and regulatory adherence across all business units.

- Manage complex SQL and MySQL database environments to optimize query performance, data retrieval, and reporting accuracy for compliance audits.

- Administer and troubleshoot Fircosoft applications within Linux and Unix server environments to maintain high availability and system reliability.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations, ensuring the screening logic remains aligned with evolving global standards.

- Conduct performance tuning and system upgrades to enhance the scalability of screening platforms, minimizing latency for high-volume transaction processing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing and configuring Fircosoft, specifically Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and MySQL, with a proven ability to write complex queries and manage database schemas to support high-stakes financial applications.

- Strong technical command of Linux and Unix operating systems, including shell scripting and system administration tasks necessary for maintaining application uptime.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between IT and compliance departments.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with collaborative team efforts across multiple office locations.

- Candidates should possess 5 - 15 years of relevant professional experience, ideally backed by a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
