Role Overview :

The Finance Business Transformation Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between complex financial processes and SAP S/4 HANA technical architecture. In this role, you will lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring that the financial systems are not only technically sound but also optimized for business efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, finance stakeholders, and technical developers to translate business requirements into robust system solutions. By driving the validation of financial workflows and system integrations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition to S/4 HANA, ultimately enhancing data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and operational excellence for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive UAT test scripts for SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.

- Partner with finance stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate them into actionable system configurations or improvements.

- Manage the defect lifecycle by documenting, tracking, and resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new financial processes and system changes.

- Analyze complex financial data sets to validate system outputs and ensure compliance with organizational reporting standards.

- Drive business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline financial operations through automation and SAP best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, with a deep understanding of the integration between FI/CO and other business processes.

- Proven ability to lead UAT cycles, including the creation of test scenarios, data preparation, and final sign-off processes.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective, scalable solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

- Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and navigating the complexities of large-scale business transformation projects.

- Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment, whether collaborating with distributed teams remotely or engaging in hybrid settings across multiple locations.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact SAP projects within a 4 to 10-year professional tenure.
