About the Role:

We are looking for a Finacle Support Engineer to join our production support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Finacle application support, strong troubleshooting skills, and exposure to monitoring tools. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, incident resolution, and compliance activities in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot issues and outages and drive quick resolution.

- Handle Level-1 SR closures within SLA.

- Execute daily checklists (EOD/BOD jobs) and perform health checks on applications, middleware, and DB servers.

- Participate in knowledge server induction process.

- Monitor alerts generated through tools (VuSmartMaps, Dynatrace, etc.) and coordinate with respective teams for resolution.

- Schedule and track planned activities (UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation).

- Ensure gap closure, vulnerability closure, and compliance activities (OS patching, server maintenance).

- Provide incident management support including RCA documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

- Finacle application support experience.

- Strong knowledge of incident management & ITIL processes.

- Hands-on with SQL/PLSQL, Linux/Unix.

- Experience in banking domain (Finacle).

- VuSmartMaps monitoring tool

- CDCI Channel

- Robotics Process Automation (PA)

- OHS, WebLogic, Oracle, Unix, OpenShift, Tomcat

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of IT support experience (L1/L2).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- Willingness to work in production support environment (24/7 on-call).
