Our IT client is seeking an experienced Finacle Functional Lead (Testing & BA) to join their internal banking project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finacle functional testing and business analysis, with the ability to lead project activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead functional testing activities for Finacle-based banking applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and test scenarios.

- Prepare and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Validate system functionality across Finacle modules and ensure business requirements are met.

- Coordinate with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders to resolve functional issues.

- Identify, track, and manage defects through to resolution.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.

- Provide functional guidance and lead testing efforts across project phases.

- Work in a Lead/PM capacity to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of overall experience.

- Minimum 68 years of hands-on experience in Finacle.

- Strong functional knowledge and testing experience in the following Finacle modules:

1. CASA

2. Loans

3. Term Deposits (TD)

4. Fixed Deposits (FD)

- Experience in Finacle Functional Testing and/or Business Analysis.

- Ability to lead functional discussions and testing activities independently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Work Schedule:

- 5 Days Work From Office + Bank Saturdays
