Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist M365 Process Automation to join our Digital Workplace and Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modern business applications and intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to modernize enterprise processes through low-code and pro-code development using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure Services, Microsoft Graph API, and the latest AI-powered capabilities such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint Agents.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud-native application development, process automation, integrations, DevOps, and modern Microsoft technologies while contributing to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform.

- Build scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.

- Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).

- Design and implement intelligent workflows to automate business processes across enterprise applications.

- Develop custom web parts, extensions, and reusable components using React JS, TypeScript, and SPFx.

- Build cloud-native applications and APIs using .NET, C#, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.

- Leverage Microsoft Graph API to integrate Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

- Develop AI-powered workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint Agents.

- Create custom Copilot experiences, conversational assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.

- Integrate enterprise applications with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and third-party systems.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).

- Build reusable APIs and integration services for enterprise automation solutions.

- Participate in application architecture, solution design, and technical decision-making.

- Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and application lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve release automation and deployment processes.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

- Experience developing SharePoint Agents and AI-powered workplace automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.

- Experience implementing authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).

- Strong understanding of application security and cloud governance.

- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

- Exposure to AI-powered workplace solutions, intelligent automation, and low-code development platforms.
