Role Overview :

As a FICO Blaze Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable rule sets.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of automated decision-making processes, leading to improved customer experiences and optimized business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor to automate decision-making processes for various business applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and rule logic.

- Implement and maintain decision management solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of rule sets to ensure accuracy and adherence to business requirements.

- Integrate FICO Blaze Advisor with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and data warehouses.

- Provide technical support and guidance to other developers and business users on FICO Blaze Advisor functionality and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor.

- Proven experience with FICO DM, FICO DMP, and FICO DM.

- Strong understanding of decision management principles and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with Java, XML, and other relevant technologies is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
