About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong expertise in e-commerce user journeysespecially in checkout and post-order experiences.
You will be responsible for designing intuitive, seamless, and high-converting experiences across the entire shopping funnel, from discovery to order fulfilment and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
User Experience & Interface Design :
Own the shopping and post-shopping funnel :
- Cart & Checkout
- Coupons & Offers
- Delivery & Address Management
- Payments
- Order Confirmation
- Order Tracking
- Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Loyalty, Memberships, Notification Centre & Overall Loyalty Experience
Research & Insights :
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking for e-commerce experiences.
- Translate customer pain points and business insights into product improvements.
Design Systems & Prototyping :
- Create wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and interaction flows in Figma.
- Contribute to the design system ensuring consistency across web and app.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Business teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Ensure accurate design implementation and continuous iteration post-release.
Data-Driven Design :
- Use analytics, experimentation, heatmaps, funnel data, and A/B testing to refine the shopping and checkout experience.
- Iterate rapidly based on performance insights and user feedback.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing e-commerce experiences (web/app).
- Proven experience designing checkout and post-order journeys (MUST HAVE).
- Total 25+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work for consumer-facing digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and conversion-driven design patterns.
- Ability to simplify complex journeys into intuitive experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with personalization, recommendations, loyalty programs, or subscription models.
- Background in high-growth D2C or marketplace businesses.
