Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-performing Engineering Manager (Mobile) with comprehensive, end-to-end requirement-to-delivery experience. In this role, you will transition from individual contribution to managing a high-caliber team of mobile engineers, including Team Leads and Staff Engineers.

Core Responsibilities :

Delivery, Architecture & Technical Strategy :

- End-to-End Requirement to Delivery Ownership : Take total accountability for the mobile roadmap from initial product requirement scoping to final store deployment.

- Architectural Governance : Oversee and approve client-side mobile architectures.

- API & Data Orchestration Strategy : Enforce robust security and performance standards for data layers interacting with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time WebSockets.

- Release Train, CI/CD & OTA Updates : Orchestrate continuous delivery and automated release tracks using Fastlane and GitHub Actions.

- App Store Ecosystem & Policy Governance : Act as the final gatekeeper for App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

Leading Elite Mobile Teams & Culture :

- Managing High-Performer Dynamics : Successfully lead, inspire, and retain an elite team of highly skilled developers.

- Product & Stakeholder Partnership : Act as the strategic counterpart to Product Managers and UX/UI Leads.

- Engineering Craftsmanship : Promote a high-standard engineering culture focused on code quality and automated testing.

Technical Skills & Stack :

- UI & Core Frameworks : React Native, Redux/React Query/MobX, JavaScript/TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.

- Native Development : iOS (Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Java, Android SDK).

- API & Networking : RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Axios.

- Testing & Automation : Jest, Detox, Appium, XCTest, Espresso, Fastlane.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Engineering Management.

- Proven Scale : Proven experience managing large scale D2C app development in a B2C organization.

- Education : Engineering degree from a Tier 1 college.
