Role Overview :

Fanatics Commerce is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise. As we continue to scale our global platform, the Software Engineer III will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable warehouse management and fulfillment systems across Fanatics' global fulfillment and wholesale network.

The Software Engineer III is a senior individual contributor embedded across multiple concurrent fulfillment and supply chain workstreams, partnering closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to solve complex warehouse execution challenges.

What You Will Do :

- Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to translate complex supply chain business needs into well-architected technical solutions.

- Actively raise the technical bar across the team by championing software design best practices, contributing to architecture decisions, and mentoring peers.

- Ensure fulfillment systems operate with the speed, accuracy, and reliability that directly enables on-time delivery.

- Design and configure high-performance, real-time warehouse execution solutions covering fulfillment flows, inventory management, and material handling automation.

- Build and evolve orchestration solutions for fulfillment workflows using event-driven architectures, microservices, and APIs.

- Take end-to-end ownership of software design, configuration, and delivery across multiple warehouse management and fulfillment workstreams.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 to 6 years of software development experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or warehouse execution systems.

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with a Tier 1 WMS platform, such as Manhattan Active.

- Proficiency in one or more advanced programming languages Java, C#, GoLang, C++, or similar.

- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or similar).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices design, and API development patterns.

Work Location :

Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Hyderabad, India. This role currently requires in-office presence 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
