Role Overview :

Fanatics Brands is seeking experienced developers to join our team in Hyderabad, focused on sustaining and evolving ERP systems built on Informix 4GL and COBOL that power Order Management, Inventory Control, and Fulfillment operations.

Tech Stack :

- Informix 4GL, Informix SQL

- COBOL

- UNIX/Linux (AIX preferred)

- APIs and Integration patterns

What You Will Do :

- Partner closely with business analysts and platform teams to translate complex ERP requirements into reliable technical solutions.

- Ensure the stability and performance of ERP systems that underpin order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

- Identify opportunities to refactor legacy Informix 4GL and COBOL code for improved maintainability.

- Take end-to-end ownership of ERP module development, from requirements intake through deployment.

- Manage Informix database schemas and stored procedures, optimizing SQL queries.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of ERP development experience using Informix 4GL and Informix SQL.

- 2+ years of hands-on COBOL work in a production environment.

- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.

- Prior exposure to retail or supply chain ERP systems.

- Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Work Location :

- On-site in Hyderabad, India, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy.
