Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Facets Development Lead with strong healthcare payer technology experience and hands-on expertise in Facets development, customization, integration, and modernization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare payer processes, Facets architecture and data models, claims adjudication, enrollment, provider and benefit administration, and enterprise healthcare integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to development teams, designing scalable solutions, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and working closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Facets development, implementation, enhancement, customization, and modernization initiatives.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Facets development teams.

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and develop scalable solutions within the Facets platform.

- Work extensively with Facets Extensions, APIs, interfaces, and batch processing.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Facets and other enterprise healthcare applications.

- Work with the Facets data model, database architecture, and application architecture.

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using complex SQL queries.

- Support healthcare payer business processes including :

1. Claims adjudication

2. Member enrollment

3. Provider administration

4. Benefit administration

5. Membership management

6. Claims processing

- Design and implement interfaces between Facets and upstream/downstream systems.

- Support integration with Payment Integrity and other healthcare payer platforms.

- Lead technical design discussions and provide technical guidance.
