We are looking for a Fabric Migration Specialist to support enterprise-wide migration to Microsoft Fabric.

The role involves executing migration activities across multiple OpCos, validating migrated workspaces, ensuring data accuracy and performance, and providing Hypercare support post-deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Fabric capacities, workspace governance, and report validation to ensure seamless migration and operational continuity.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Migration & Deployment :

- Execute migration of Power BI assets to Microsoft Fabric across multiple OpCos :

1. Migrate.

2. Workspaces.

3. Datasets.

4. Dataflows.

5. Reports.

- Configure and manage gateways for migrated environments.

- Support deployment planning and workspace governance setup.

Validation & Testing :

- Validate Migrated Reports, Dashboards, And Datasets For :

1. Data accuracy.

2. Refresh reliability.

3. Performance consistency.

4. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare :

1. Test cases.

2. Validation reports.

3. Issue logs.

- Troubleshoot dataset refresh failures and performance issues.

Post-Migration (Hypercare Support) :

- Provide Hypercare support for business users post migration.

- Monitor migrated workspaces and data refresh cycles.

- Resolve migration-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for issue resolution.
