We are looking for Senior Architect to join our Services Implementation team in Bengaluru, India. We are looking for a proactive new Fellow who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to grow with us.

This role is based in Bangalore, India, with a reporting to the Director, Implementation. While the position is based in India, youll work closely with colleagues across F-Secures global locations i.e. Finland, US, Malaysia and Slovakia.

What You Will Do In This Role :

- Customization architecture and design : You'll be responsible for the architecture and design of partner-specific customization on products, interface design specifications, converting user requirements to implementation design specs, documentation, and maintaining and managing the customization lifecycle. You'll also assess and address technical debt and guide the process of choosing tools and frameworks together with the services implementation community.

- Industrialization : You'll be responsible for driving standardization, automation, and increasing reusability assets while building the service catalog and driving serviceability and manageability in collaboration with Technology Teams.

- AI powered automation : You'll be responsible for identifying areas where Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can be applied in services delivery and improving automation and productivity efficiency through their implementation.

- Driving innovation : You'll help shape the direction for innovation by encouraging creative thinking through initiatives like hackathons and team projects, focusing on fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement while driving meaningful progress within the team.

What are we looking for?

- Proven technical expertise : We seek a seasoned architect with strong experience in designing and implementing customization solutions for products. You should have proven expertise in creating technical specifications, system architecture documentation, and translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs. Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks. You are familiar with system integration, API management, mobile and web application development, Cloud native development with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platform.

- Automation and AI knowledge : You should have experience with automation tools and frameworks, coupled with knowledge of AI/ML applications in service delivery. We're looking for someone who can identify automation opportunities, implement AI-powered solutions, and demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency.

- Industry experience : Ideally, you'll bring 15+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with specific experience in product attached services delivery, customization projects, and working with partner ecosystems. Experience in driving serviceability and manageability with products, building service catalogs, creating reusable assets, and driving industrialization initiatives will set you apart.

- Leadership and collaboration : Strong leadership skills are crucial as you'll be working across multiple teams including Technology, Services Implementation, and partners organizations. You should be comfortable driving standardization initiatives, building consensus among stakeholders, and influencing without direct authority. Experience in managing technical debt and leading architectural decisions in complex environments is highly valued.

- Innovation mindset : We need someone who actively promotes innovation and creative problem-solving. You should have experience organizing and facilitating innovation activities like hackathons, fostering experimentation, and creating an environment where new ideas thrive. A track record of implementing innovative solutions that delivered business value is important

Role :

In this role, youll oversee and guide teams working with the following technologies (but not limited to) across Cloud and Mobile domains :

- Backend : AWS, Java, Scala, Python

- iOS : Swift, Swift UI, Obj-C, C/C++

- Android : Java & Kotlin

While you wont be hands-on with the coding, familiarity with these technologies, will allow you to effectively guide and support your teams in making strategic decisions.
