Role : Oracle HCM Cloud - Technical Report Developer (5+ Years)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Report Developer with strong expertise in reporting for Learn, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), and Talent modules.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical reporting skills, strong HR process understanding, and the ability to partner with business teams using a customer- first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance reports, dashboards, analytics, and offer letter templates across Learn, ORC, and Talent modules.

- Build and maintain reporting solutions using BI Publisher (BIP), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Dashboards.

- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance while working with HR data models and sensitive workforce information.

- Optimize report performance and automate recurring reporting needs.

- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.

- Maintain documentation including report catalogs, data definitions, versioning, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Report Developer in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

1. BI Publisher (BIP)

2. HCM Extracts

3. OTBI

4. Dashboards

- Proven experience developing reports for Learn, ORC, and Talent modules.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes, HR data models, and industry best practices.

- Good balance of business acumen and technical depth with the ability to drive platform improvements with a customer-first mindset.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SQL tuning, data reconciliation, or integrations.

- Familiarity with security roles and data access policies within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Exposure to other HCM modules or cross- functional reporting.

- Preferred candidate profile: Graduate with similar experience (Immediate joiner)
