GDS SAP GRC Leader :

The scope of the position will include :

- Lead GDS SAP GRC and Security team of 220+ professionals.

- Lead complex SAP programs managing delivery quality and execution.

- Support our Member Firm/Region sales teams with deep SAP GRC knowledge and participate in pursuit activities (solution definition, orals, solution workshops).

- Leverage automation and AI to enhance delivery efficiency.

- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

- Lead SAP GRC team to develop culture of performance.

Market and Industry Knowledge :

In-depth knowledge of the market trends, competition, customer needs, legal regulations within the region and account are critical. Good understanding of clients business processes and Industry in which they operate.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :

Technical Knowledge :

- Understand Risk services in SAP space including SAP GRC, Application Security, IAG, Control design, Process controls and Risk Management.

- Good understanding of other technologies and platforms to design how they can be integrated with SAP to create a cohesive solution.

- Experience of large SAP programs.

- Experience in leading pursuits including solutioning, estimation, architecture design and proposal writing.

- Support sales teams in client Orals and Solution workshops.

- Exposure to AI and a point of view on applying AI to client solutions in SAP GRC area.
