Role Overview :

As an SAP Commissions Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust incentive compensation solutions within the SAP Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud) ecosystem. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex sales performance requirements into scalable system configurations. By managing territory hierarchies and quota distributions, you will ensure that sales organizations operate with transparency and precision, directly impacting the efficiency of global incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain territory management structures to ensure accurate alignment of sales resources with market opportunities.

- Develop and manage complex quota distribution models to support organizational sales targets and performance tracking.

- Build and optimize calculation rules, formulas, and compensation plans within the SAP Commissions platform to ensure accurate and timely payouts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system performance issues and implement enhancements that improve user experience.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications to bridge the gap between sales operations strategy and system execution.

- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to validate commission calculations and data integrity across the sales ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in SAP Commissions, specifically focusing on the configuration of Territory and Quota modules.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex sales data and translate them into functional system logic.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders and articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to evolving business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.

- Thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai, contributing effectively to distributed global teams.
