Job Title : Reconciliation & Regulatory Reporting Solutions Specialist

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore (Work from Office)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Reconciliation & Regulatory Reporting Solutions Specialist.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining solutions on reconciliation platforms and regulatory reporting tools within the investment banking domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in reconciliation platforms, ETL development, and cloud services, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on reconciliation platforms such as TLM, Duco, Autorek, Intellimatch, or similar.

- Build and support solutions related to regulatory reporting, post-trade processing, and other investment banking tools.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Python, Scala, Spark, or ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, or AWS Glue.

- Utilize SQL (mandatory) and preferably Postgres for data querying and manipulation.

- Leverage AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, EC2, Athena, and RDS to enhance solution scalability and performance.

- Ensure high-quality documentation, effective communication, and timely delivery of solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in reconciliation platforms (e.g., TLM, Duco, Autorek, Intellimatch).

- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and post-trade solutions within investment banking.

- Proficient in SQL, with experience in Postgres preferred.

- Skilled in ETL development using Python or Scala, preferably with Spark, or ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, AWS Glue.

- Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, EC2, Athena, and RDS is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
