EY - Oracle Fusion AR Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fusion AR Specialist with a strong background in Accounts Receivable, specifically in the Cash In process. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years working with Fusion AR, and a proven track record of leading or contributing to 3+ end-to end AR implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Cash In process within the Accounts Receivable team using Fusion AR.

- Execute and support end-to-end AR implementations, ensuring seamless integration and process efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AR workflows and resolve issues.

- Provide subject matter expertise on Fusion AR functionalities and best practices.

- Analyze AR data and generate reports to support business decision-making.

- Train and mentor junior team members on Fusion AR processes and tools.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to AR.

Qualifications :

- 7 to 12 years of overall experience in fusion Accounts Receivable or related finance functions.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Fusion AR.

- Demonstrated experience in 3 or more end-to-end AR implementations.

- Strong understanding of Cash In processes and AR lifecycle.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant certifications in finance or ERP systems are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
