Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exstream Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer communication management (CCM) solutions using OpenText Exstream. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient communication templates and workflows. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of customer communications, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop OpenText Exstream templates and applications to generate personalized and dynamic customer communications.

- Implement and configure OpenText Exstream modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CCM solutions.

- Perform thorough testing and debugging of Exstream applications to ensure high quality and accuracy of generated documents.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Exstream applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OpenText Exstream and related systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for Exstream applications and processes, facilitating knowledge sharing and future development efforts.

- Optimize Exstream applications for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient processing of large volumes of customer communications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and developing customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.

- Extensive experience with CCM tools and technologies, including forms design and data mapping.

- Strong understanding of OpenText System architecture and its integration with other enterprise systems.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
