About the Role :
Were looking for a Product Operations Manager to be the operating backbone of our platform product organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success, ensuring the platform scales smoothly across releases, customers, and internal teams.
Youll bring structure, rigor, and velocity to how the platform is planned, shipped, measured, and improvedwithout owning feature strategy directly.
What Youll Do :
Product Execution & Delivery :
- Own product operating rhythms : planning cadences, release readiness, launch checklists, and post-release reviews
- Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support
- Ensure platform features move cleanly from PRD , build , release , adoption
Platform Readiness & Enablement :
- Coordinate release management for platform capabilities (APIs, workflows, configs, integrations)
- Ensure internal enablement : sales playbooks, release notes, demos, documentation, and FAQs
- Partner with GTM teams to support customer launches, pilots, and rollouts
Insights, Metrics & Feedback Loops :
- Define and track product ops metrics : adoption, usage, configuration success, rollout health
- Build tight feedback loops from customers, implementation teams, and support
- Surface insights and operational gaps to Product Leadership
Process & Scale :
- Standardize product workflows : intake, prioritization, grooming, dependency tracking
- Improve signal-to-noise across product communications and artifacts
- Identify friction points and proactively fix process debt
What Youll Work Closely With :
- Product Managers execution support, prioritization clarity, release confidence
- Engineering dependency management, release planning, risk mitigation
- Customer Success & Implementation rollout readiness, adoption blockers
- Sales & Marketing enablement, launch coordination, feedback
What Were Looking For :
Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in Product Ops, Program Management, Platform Ops, or Tech Ops
- Strong hands-on expertise in Jira and Excel (advanced proficiency expected)
- Experience working in a platform or infrastructure-led product (APIs, data platforms, AI platforms, SaaS platforms)
- Proven track record of shipping complex products at scale
Skills :
- Strong operational thinking with high attention to detail
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order where none exists
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Nice to Have :
- Experience in AI, data platforms, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Productboard, LaunchDarkly, etc.
- Exposure to customer onboarding, implementations, or enterprise rollouts
What Success Looks Like :
- Platform releases go out on time, with clarity, and minimal friction
- Internal teams are well-enabled and confident selling and supporting the platform
- Product leaders have clear visibility into execution health and adoption
- The platform scales without chaos as customers, features, and teams grow
