Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SQL Data Analyst to join our Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and delivering accurate reports to support informed business decisions.

What to expect in your journey :

- Build and optimize advanced Excel models and reports for business use

- Work with large, complex data sets analyzing patterns and delivering actionable insights

- Import, structure, and manage data in SQL from multiple file formats and varying schemas

- Perform data cleansing, normalization, and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Identify and correct data discrepancies across fields such as names, addresses, and location details

- Generate structured outputs and maintain clean datasets for downstream usage

- Update and manage master databases with validated and corrected data

- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and documentation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data outputs with business requirements

- Contribute to process improvements and automation in data handling workflows

What you bring to the table :

- 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or Excel-driven roles within a data-intensive environment

- Strong command of Advanced Excel for complex reporting and data handling

- Solid SQL expertise (joins, CTEs, data manipulation, validation)

- Hands-on experience in data cleansing, normalization, and working with large datasets

- Exposure to ETL processes or data pipelines, with basic Python skills for data processing, is a plus.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, with a sharp analytical mindset and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
