We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our IT team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Python-based applications and integrations within the Azure cloud environment.

What to expect in your journey :

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based services and applications, with a strong focus on system integration and API consumption.

- Build and deploy solutions using the Azure cloud ecosystem, particularly leveraging Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve integration of workflows between internal systems and third-party APIs.

- Write clear, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.

- Use Postman or similar tools to test and debug API interactions.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

- (If applicable) Work with Databricks for data integration or transformation tasks as needed.

What you bring to the table :

- 4+ years of professional experience with Python and SQL, including experience building and maintaining production-grade systems.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including designing, consuming, and troubleshooting integrations.

- Proficiency using Postman or similar tools for testing APIs.

- Familiarity with Databricks and data warehouse fundamentals is a strong plus.

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
