Role & Responsibilities :

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM functional solutions, business blueprints, and functional specifications.

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business users.

- Provide advisory services for SAP EAM new implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements.

- Identify process gaps and recommend best-practice SAP EAM solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EAM with MM, QM, PP, and external systems.

- Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for requirement validation, RICEFW objects, enhancements, and testing.

- Coordinate and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.

- Provide ad-hoc guidance, production support, and issue resolution as needed.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, accelerators, and knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM

- Minimum 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations.

- Deep functional expertise in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance

- Strong understanding of SAP PM master data and transactional processes

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions

- High degree of self-organization, ownership, and initiative

- Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture.

- Experience with SAP EAM Mobile solutions (SAP Asset Manager, custom mobile apps, or third-party tools) is an advantage.

- Exposure to UX / Fiori-based design concepts and usability-driven solutions is an advantage

- Knowledge of digital maintenance, mobility, or asset performance management initiatives is an advantage.
