Business Analysts are payment experts. You will be the bridge builder who familiarize the teams with the market and customer needs.

At Evolvus, a Business Analysts will be involved in :

- Requirements gathering, data analysis and documentation.

- Identification of the business problems & provide suitable solutions for existing and new product lines.

- Working with Banking / Payments technologies and clients.

- Monitoring project management tools like TAIGA.

- JIRA exposure is an added plus.

- Managing the Software Development Life Cycle.

- Developing market ready solutions with close interactions with team and clients.

Technical skill profile of a Business Analyst includes :

- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.

- Masters is a plus.

- Requirement gathering, market analysis and documentation.

- Good hands on functional experience in payment systems and exposure to Mandates, electronic payments processing, clearing and settlement, processes of automated clearing house, NACH / ACH payments etc.

- Good UML knowledge.

- Provide inputs to delivery teams on functional areas for executing projects.

- Deliver clarifications, training and support to the development teams during the planning and design phase.

- Good understanding of payments application architecture & ability to convert the same to business language.

- Understanding the requirements to analyse gaps and create solutions for implementation.

- Good Organizing Skills With Multi-tasking Capabilities.

- Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum is a plus.
