Job Summary :

The Senior Technical Associate under direct supervision of the Technical Lead / Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and supporting individual components within an application. This involves analysis, developing/coding, testing and implementation of the components. This may also involve providing enhancements and ongoing application support to the deployed application.

Job Requirement :

- Strong experience with SSIS for ETL development and data integration

- Proficiency in SSRS for report creation and distribution

- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server database development

- Experience with data modelling, normalization, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Knowledge of VB.NET/C#.Net is an added advantage

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

- Create and manage reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views for data extraction and

transformation

- Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and ETL processes for performance and reliability

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical

solutions

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting and integration processes

- Perform data analysis and validation to support business operations and reporting needs

- Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and reporting structures
