Job Title : RPA Solution Architect (UiPath & Blue Prism).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, primarily UiPath and Blue Prism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise-scale automation solutions, defining automation frameworks and governance standards, and leading technical implementation teams. This role requires strong expertise in RPA architecture, cloud technologies, databases, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Design end-to-end UiPath RPA architecture for enterprise-wide automation implementations.

- Evaluate business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches.

- Define automation frameworks, coding standards, reusable components, and best practices.

- Architect secure, scalable, and high-availability UiPath Orchestrator environments (On-Premises and Cloud).

- Design and implement exception handling strategies and reusable automation frameworks.

- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and AI/ML components.

Governance & Platform Management :

- Define RPA governance frameworks, security models, credential management, and access controls.

- Ensure platform compliance, performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Establish development standards, deployment procedures, and monitoring mechanisms.

- Support platform upgrades, infrastructure planning, and disaster recovery strategies.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to UiPath Leads and RPA Developers.

- Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments.

- Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery.

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align automation initiatives with organizational goals.

Pre-Sales & Consulting :

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and RFP responses.

- Define Statements of Work (SOW) for automation engagements.

- Present automation solutions to clients and senior leadership teams.

Documentation & Quality Assurance :

- Prepare and maintain :

1. Process Design Documents (PDD)

2. Solution Design Documents (SDD)

3. User Manuals

4. Architecture Documents

5. Technical Specifications

- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in UiPath platform :

1. UiPath Studio

2. UiPath Orchestrator

6. UiPath Insights

- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism :

1. Object Studio

2. Process Studio

3. Control Room

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Microsoft SQL Server

- Experience with Azure Cloud PaaS services.

- Experience with :

3. CI/CD practices

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API integrations.

Preferred Technical Skills :

- Python.

Required Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in RPA technologies.

- Extensive experience in UiPath architecture and enterprise deployments.

- Experience designing automation solutions across multiple business units and domains.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, security, and cloud platforms.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

- Proven track record of leading automation programs and technical teams.
