Job Title : Senior AI Advisory / AI Transformation Leader

Experience : 15 to 20 years overall experience with strong exposure to AI / GenAI / Digital Transformation

Job Summary : We are looking for a Senior AI Advisory professional who has a strong vision for Artificial Intelligence and its transformative impact on businesses. This role requires a client-facing AI leader who can confidently present AI strategies to customers, take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, and build and lead high-performing AI teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate a clear AI vision and transformation roadmap for clients

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption

- Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions on AI and GenAI

- Identify and shape AI and GenAI use cases aligned to business outcomes

- Take end-to-end ownership of AI advisory and transformation programs

- Build, mentor, and scale AI and data science teams

- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to translate strategy into execution

- Establish AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices

- Support pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning activities

- Drive thought leadership and help position the organization as an AI leader

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and emerging AI trends

- Proven experience in AI advisory, consulting, or transformation leadership roles

- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and storytelling skills

- Demonstrated experience working with CXOs and senior client stakeholders

- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes

- Experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and automation

- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI)

- Industry experience (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.)

- Thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, or conference talks
