Evoke Technologies - Salesforce Education Cloud Developer

Description :

- Build and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

- Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionalities.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, LMS, SIS, and third-party applications.

- Create workflows, process automations, validation rules, and approval processes.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.

- Ensure code quality, system performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Maintain technical documentation and deployment records.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong development expertise in :

1. Apex

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Visualforce

4. SOQL/SOSL

Experience with :

1. Salesforce APIs

2. REST/SOAP integrations

3. Service Cloud

4. Experience Cloud

Understanding of :

1. Student lifecycle management

2. Admissions workflows

3. Data modeling and security

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps processes.

- Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification preferred.
