Evoke Technologies is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Education Cloud Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for educational institutions and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, and enterprise architecture with the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives across the education ecosystem.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud solutions.

- Understand business requirements from universities, educational institutions, and EdTech clients and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Design enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, and application frameworks.

- Implement and optimize Salesforce Education Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.

- Define and establish best practices related to :

1. Security and access management

2. Data governance

3. Performance optimization

4. Scalability and maintainability

- Integrate Salesforce with external platforms such as ERP, LMS, SIS, and third-party applications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers and implementation teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

- Design and implement APIs, middleware integrations, and automation solutions.

- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.

- Support Agile delivery processes and participate in sprint planning and solution discussions.

- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements, Education Cloud capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Salesforce Education Cloud

3. Experience Cloud

4. Sales Cloud

- Strong development experience in :

1. Apex

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. SOQL/SOSL

4. Visualforce

- Expertise in Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms.

- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft (preferred).

- Strong understanding of :

1. Student lifecycle management

2. Admissions and recruitment processes

3. Education domain workflows

- Knowledge of :

1. Data modeling

2. Security & sharing rules

3. Role hierarchy

4. Profiles and permission sets

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment tools.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience working with Universities, Educational Institutions, or EdTech organizations.

- Experience in Agile delivery models.

Experience Required :

- 12 - 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Education Cloud implementations.
