Description :

The RPA Architect will define the RPA architecture strategy, design enterprise-scale automation solutions, and ensure platform scalability, security, and governance.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- At least 8- 10 years of relevant experience in RPA technologies (UiPath, Blue Prism).

- Design end-to-end UiPath RPA architecture for enterprise implementations.

- Define automation frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.

- Evaluate business processes and recommend optimal automation approaches.

- Architect secure, scalable UiPath Orchestrator environments (on-prem / cloud).

- Define RPA governance, credential management, and access control models.

- Guide UiPath Leads and developers on complex technical implementations.

- Support presales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and RFP responses.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of RPA platforms.

- Integrate UiPath with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and AI/ML components.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, queues, assets, triggers, and insights.

- Experience designing RPA solutions across multiple business units.

- Solid understanding of infrastructure, security, and cloud (Azure/AWS preferred).

- Strong experience with exception handling strategies and reusable frameworks.

- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

- Experience with RPA tools Blue Prism (Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room) and Powerautomate (Cloud & Desktop flows).

- Knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL).

- Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).

- Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, and User Manuals.

- Define and document SOW (Statement of Work) for automation projects.

Preferred :

- UiPath Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer Certification.

- Experience with AI Center, Document Understanding, Maestro, or Agentic Frameworks.
