Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience working with Workday HCM/HRMS platforms.

- Strong functional expertise in :

1. Advanced Compensation

2. Compensation

3. Time Management

4. Absence Management

- Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, business process framework, and system administration.

- Strong understanding of Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

- Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support environments.

- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

- Experience supporting global teams and working with stakeholders across multiple time zones, particularly PST.
