Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend.

- Build and customize Workday solutions to support HR, Finance, and operational business processes.

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces within the Workday Extend framework.

- Configure and enhance Workday business processes, security, and reporting functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

- Support Workday releases, upgrades, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of experience working with Workday technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend development.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, business processes, and security concepts.

- Experience with Workday integrations including :

1. Workday Studio

2. EIB

3. Core Connectors

4. REST/SOAP APIs

- Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, XML, XSLT, or related technologies.

- Experience working with calculated fields, reports, and Workday customizations.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Workday certifications are a plus.

- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Adaptive Planning.
