Evnek - Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager to manage and streamline deployment processes across environments. The candidate should have strong expertise in release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitLab.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end release process across Salesforce environments

- Create and maintain multiple sandboxes/orgs throughout the project lifecycle

- Implement and manage branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment

- Coordinate with Development, QA, and Operations teams for smooth releases

- Handle code deployment and version conflict resolution

- Conduct release readiness reviews and participate in Go/No-Go decisions

- Ensure proper version control and deployment best practices

- Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager

- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as :

1. GitLab

2. Copado

3. Flosum

4. Jenkins

- Good understanding of Salesforce environments and deployment strategies

- Strong knowledge of version control and branching techniques

- Experience in resolving deployment and merge conflicts

- Excellent coordination and communication skills

Preferred Skills :

i. Experience working in Agile environments

ii. Knowledge of DevOps practices in Salesforce ecosystem

iii. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting
