About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM EPBCS Analyst to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, with a primary focus on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS).

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and enterprise performance management processes. This role requires hands-on experience in application design, Essbase multidimensional modeling, integrations, automation, and stakeholder engagement across finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- EPBCS & EPM Solution Design

- Configure and manage EPBCS business processes

- Architect multidimensional Essbase models (BSO and ASO).

- Continuously evaluate and learn new Oracle EPM products


- Design and configure complex EPBCS modules to align with client-specific financial planning and forecasting requirements.


- Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, and data management mappings to ensure data integrity across the EPM ecosystem.


- Collaborate with finance teams to troubleshoot system performance issues and implement enhancements that improve user experience and reporting efficiency.


- Lead the end-to-end testing phase for system upgrades and new implementations to ensure seamless deployment and minimal business disruption.


- Provide expert-level functional support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage the platform for strategic financial analysis.


Required Skillset :


- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS) with a proven track record of managing complex planning and forecasting implementations.


- Possess strong analytical skills to translate intricate financial business processes into technical configurations within the Oracle ecosystem.


- Exhibit excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance to non-technical users.


- Maintain a high degree of self-discipline and professional autonomy required to excel in a fully remote work environment.


- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in EPM solution delivery.
