We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong business-facing capabilities to drive analytics and reporting initiatives. The role requires expertise in stakeholder management, documentation, and dashboard development, particularly within the Asset Management / Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into analytics solutions

- Prepare and manage BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document)

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Track and manage tasks, user stories, and workflows using Jira

- Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions in asset management and mutual fund operations

- Ensure clear communication between business, analytics, and technical teams

Required Skills :

- 5- 6 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Hands-on experience with Power BI

- Experience in BRD/FRD documentation

- Proficiency in tools like Jira

- Domain knowledge in Asset Management / Mutual Funds
