- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable back-end systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js

- Oversee back-end and full-stack projects, ensuring performance, security, and code quality

- Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Define and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and technical documentation

- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development

- Strong expertise in building scalable APIs and backend architectures

- Experience with JavaScript and Redux.js for front-end integration

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment best practices

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities

- Proven experience leading teams or managing technical projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization

- Experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL)

- Knowledge of microservices architecture

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
