Job Title : Assistant Manager ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibility :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITAM/ITOM/HAM/SAM/Etc) to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow functionality.

- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and data models using ServiceNow's scripting language.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow application performance and data integrity.

- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and features.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, features, and best practices.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.

- Knowledge of integration frameworks such as REST APIs and web services.

- Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
