We are seeking a highly skilled Techno Project Manager who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technology and business.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires deep involvement in solution design, hands-on understanding of technology, and the ability to drive multiple projects to successful execution within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Create and maintain detailed project plans, dashboards, and status reports.

- Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, and scope while meeting business objectives.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.

Technical Leadership :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders.

- Work closely with architects, developers, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.

- Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations.

- Review technical documents, architecture diagrams, and development plans.

- Facilitate integration between various systems/applications ensuring smooth data and process flow.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.

- Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to track progress.

- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.

- Manage vendor relationships, contract timelines, and technology partners when required.

Agile & Methodology Management :

- Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as per project needs.

- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure teams follow best practices in software development and project execution.

Quality Assurance & Documentation :

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and compliance guidelines.

- Review test cases, technical documents, and UAT plans.

- Maintain complete project documentation for audit and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), APIs, integrations, and microservices.

- Hands-on knowledge or understanding of technologies like :

Databases (SQL/NoSQL) :

- Web applications & backend systems

- DevOps concepts (CI/CD, version control Git)

- Middleware or integration tools

- Ability to read, understand, and evaluate technical designs, architecture, and code-level details.

Project Management Skills :

- Strong background working with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.

- Proven experience in managing multiple technical projects concurrently.

- Excellent planning, documentation, and risk management capabilities.
