Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong infrastructure and data platform background to lead large-scale projects involving databases, operating systems, ETL tools, and enterprise schedulers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder communication are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage large, complex infrastructure and data projects involving multiple technologies and cross functional teams.

- Own end-to-end project lifecycle : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.

- Drive project delivery to ensure deadlines, milestones, and SLAs are met without compromise.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.

- Identify project risks and issues early; implement mitigation and escalation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to infrastructure standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

- Facilitate cross-team collaboration between infrastructure, database, ETL, and application teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.

- Lead client meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.

- Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and resolutions clearly and proactively.

- Build strong client relationships through transparent, timely, and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or data-centric environments.

- Strong working knowledge of :

1. Databases : Oracle, SQL Server.

2. Operating Systems : UNIX, Windows.

3. ETL Tools : Informatica.

4. Schedulers : AutoSys, Control-M.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-technology projects.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.

- Experience with IT infrastructure modernization or data platform programs.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise delivery models.
