Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Business Intelligence (BI) Architect to design and implement scalable BI solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, reporting, and visualization tools, with proven experience in architecting end-to-end BI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement enterprise BI architecture, including data pipelines, data modeling, and reporting layers.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics and reporting requirements.

- Lead the development of data warehouses, data marts, and analytics models.

- Architect and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, etc.

- Design robust and scalable data models using dimensional and normalized techniques.

- Implement and manage BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or others.

- Define and enforce BI governance policies, including data quality, security, and compliance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers and analysts.

- Evaluate and recommend modern BI technologies and platforms to meet evolving business needs.

- Create documentation and architectural diagrams for BI processes, solutions, and systems.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in BI/DW development and architecture.

- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

- Hands-on expertise in data modeling, SQL, DAX, MDX, and performance optimization.

- Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

- Experience with data integration tools (ETL/ELT) and orchestration platforms.

- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and security frameworks.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to AI/ML integration with BI platforms.

- BI/Analytics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Power BI, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional).
