Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who also has a strong understanding of business strategy to help drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to analyse complex data, identify trends and provide actionable insights while working closely with senior leadership to shape business strategies. This is a hybrid role that combines both analytical expertise and business acumen.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop business models, dashboards, and reports for service and revenue performance tracking.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (service, IT, sales, finance) to align goals and optimize service delivery.

- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives in the service function, including CRM upgrades, technician app enhancements, and self-service platforms.

- Drive process reengineering and automation projects to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities in the service domain.

- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives like predictive maintenance, proactive service, and remote diagnostics.

- Partner with IT and business teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful roll-out of service tools and platforms.

- Assist in change management efforts by engaging stakeholders, training teams, and tracking adoption of new tools and processes.

- Perform cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluation for new service programs or process changes.

- Provide insights for long-term service strategy, including digital readiness, customer retention, and recurring revenue models.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Business (MBA preferred)

- 34 years of experience in business analysis with exposure to service, growth, or customer experience domains

- Bachelors Degree with 3-4 years of experience in a consumer durables, electronics or appliances company is preferred

- Business Intelligence Tools : Power BI

- Python/ SQL (for data analysis, Dashboard/automation, and forecasting)

- Prior experience in a consumer durables, electronics, or appliances company is preferred

- Business Intelligence Tools : Power BI/Tableau
