Role Overview:

As a Technical Project Manager based in Bangalore, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business objectives and the engineering execution of our core platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams of developers and data scientists, ensuring that complex projectsranging from GIS-based mapping tools to predictive AI modelsare delivered within scope and quality standards.

This role involves managing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, coordinating with key stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals, and fostering a culture of agility and technical rigor to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end SDLC for complex technical projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet performance benchmarks and business requirements.

- Manage the integration of GIS and AI/ML models into production environments, coordinating between data science and engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to maintain team velocity and ensure transparent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency for our data-intensive applications.

- Monitor project health through data-driven metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks in development and implementing corrective measures to keep timelines on track.

- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for Python development and frontend integration using React.js, ensuring high code quality and maintainability.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience in managing complex software projects, with a proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in the full software development lifecycle, with a strong ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.

- Exhibit hands-on proficiency in managing projects involving Python, React.js, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

- Show a strong understanding of database management, specifically in handling large-scale datasets using both SQL and NoSQL environments.

- Demonstrate the ability to bridge the gap between GIS-based spatial data processing and machine learning model deployment.

- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into clear business narratives.
