ETL/Talend Developer - Data Warehousing

Position Title: ETL Talend Developer

Experience: 7+ yrs

Budget: 17LPA including 10% variable

Location: Vijayawada

Skills set: Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud), ETL development, SQL, databases, data warehousing concepts and data modeling, troubleshooting, debugging, ETL workflows, big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka, is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend.

- Build and optimize data integration solutions for reporting, analytics, and data warehousing.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.

- Ensure development of secure, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL workflows.

- Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration processes.

- Work closely with data architects and analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud editions).

- Proven expertise in ETL development and data integration solutions.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
